The First of Seven Water Falls along the Turkey Path at
Harrison State Park - Pennsylvania’s Grand Canyon
At Leonard Harrison State Park, on the rim of
Pennsylvania’s Grand Canyon visitors will find
complete picnic facilities as well as a well equipped
Snack Bar and Souvenir and Gift Shop. Visitors will
find delight in hiking, fishing, or hunting (in season),
adjacent to the park. Here, the visitor can enjoy
complete relaxation in the great outdoors. Thousands
of acres of State owned lands adjoin the Park. The
canyon is 50 miles long and 1,000 feet deep. To get
there, go to Wellsboro, Pa., and take route 660 North,
for a distance of ten miles.
